Bio: I am Mike Hill the lead pastor and Life church. I am married to my high school sweetheart Cheri and together God has blessed us with 3 amazing kids. My oldest son Brady, my daughter Alexa, and my youngest son Isaac. We heard the call from God in 2004 to plant a church in Huntington. We sold everything that we owned and in faith came to a place were we knew no one. God has blessed us with many wonderful relationships, and some incredible memories. We have seen God work in so many great ways and look forward to what he has in store for the coming years. I can think of nothing better in my life then serving God and Life Church.

Hobbies

I love to be outside, Hunting, riding 4-wheelers....anything to do with the outdoors I love.

The Easter Service in 2009, 19 people were baptized that day.

What are 3 little known facts about yourself?

Got 3rd place in a spelling bee. I mispelled ‘fun’ (fee-u-n) in the practice round...no joke.
Krissy and I played over 100 games of yahtzee on our honeymoon...
I once ate 13 pieces of pie on Thanksgiving...basketball practice the next day.

Favorite memory from Life Church?

Easter Baptism 2009. Over a dozen people chose to get baptized on the spot. Powerful...

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?

Australia. Just to acquire the accent.

If you could hire any actor to portray you in a movie, who would you chose?

Hugh Jackman for the accent. Although some would say Tobey Maguire from Spider-Man would better fit me...
